MEGHALAYA PILOT PROJECTS

In Meghalaya, the Pilot Project is located in Wahlyngkien Sunei and Wah Lyngkien Ramklang Villages of Hima Mawphlang, East Khasi Hills. The Pilot Project covers an area of 1196 hectares and fall within the catchments of the two Rivers System of Hima Mawphlang, namely, Lyngkien and Um-Iew Rivers. The Project Site is located 28 Km from Shillong on the Shillong-Balat road. Detailed descriptions of the above Pilot Project have been given in "Mawphlang Pilot Project, Meghalaya"
